On a personal level, I enjoy gardening specifically growing organic vegetables in the backyard.  My husband, Fred, and I enjoy traveling, scuba diving and trying new restaurants. 

On a professional level, I am a member of the Agent Leadership Council at the Westlake Village Market Center in addition to passionately helping people buy and sell homes.  I enjoy WOWing each client that needs my help in the Simi Valley, Conejo Valley and West San Fernando Valley areas.  For the past 45 months my team and I have cheerfully and consistently provided a high-level of skilled help to our clients.  By building my business By Referral Only®, 80-90% of my resources are spent working for clients instead of looking for new ones.  The consultant approach that I take consists of carefully listening to clients needs, discussing the options, then making the appropriate recommendations.   Combining attention-to-detail with tenacity, I am able to position each client properly so they can achieve the most from negotiating the sale or purchase of their homes.  96% of my business comes from referrals from happy clients who tell their friends, family and co-workers about their fantastic experience.
